Activation & Requesting Service
Warranty Activation
Your warranty becomes active when:
- Project is completed
- Final walkthrough is done
- Certificate of Completion is signed
- Full payment is received
Requesting Service
If you notice an issue:
- Contact ProCoat promptly
- Provide details and photos
- Allow inspection access
- We will assess and recommend repairs
Timely reporting helps prevent further damage.
Exclusions & Void Conditions
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover issues outside ProCoat’s control, including:
- Concrete movement, cracking, or settling
- Structural shifts or drainage issues
- Moisture, hydrostatic pressure, or water intrusion
- Damage from chemicals, heavy objects, or misuse
- Acts of nature (storms, floods, etc.)
- Normal wear, fading, or cosmetic changes
- Damage from other contractors or external factors
Cracks in existing concrete may reappear over time.
Warranty Void Conditions
Coverage may be void if:
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations are made
- Damage results from misuse or neglect
- Issues are not reported promptly
- Inspection or repair access is denied
- Project is unpaid or incomplete
Non-covered issues may still be repairable at your expense.
Additional Terms
Transferability
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser
- Transfers require written approval and may include a fee
Product Availability
- Materials and colors may change over time
- Comparable replacements may be used if originals are unavailable
- Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed
Important Terms
- ProCoat must inspect all claims before approval
- Warranty modifications must be in writing
- Coverage is limited to repair or replacement of affected areas
- ProCoat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
